DOUBLE CUP™ periodically releases limited pre-order product drops. Pre-orders allow customers to reserve products before official production and fulfillment are completed.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that your order is reserving inventory from a future production batch and that estimated shipping timelines are subject to manufacturing, quality control, packaging, freight, and fulfillment schedules.

DOUBLE CUP™ will make every reasonable effort to fulfill all pre-orders within the estimated delivery window displayed at checkout. However, estimated dates are not guaranteed delivery dates and may be subject to change.
If significant production delays occur, customers will be notified by email with updated fulfillment information.
