At DOUBLE CUP™, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return
- The item must be unused and unopened
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The item must be in resellable condition
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

- Damaged items caused by misuse
- Limited edition or final sale items if marked as final sale
- Customized or personalized products

- Your order number
- Full name
- Reason for return
- Photos if applicable
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Please allow
- 3 to 7 business days for inspection
- Additional processing time depending on your financial institution
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
