Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

- Delivery estimates begin once the order has shipped, not when the order is placed

Pre-order items are shipped according to the estimated fulfillment timeline displayed at checkout. Customers will receive shipping updates and tracking information once pre-order inventory has completed production and fulfillment preparation.
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

If a package is returned due to address issues, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are subject to the carrier’s operations and handling.
